To our valued guests who booked via online travel agents or third-party travel professionals, you are advised to contact your booking provider for information on their policies.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed by prepayment of a deposit equal to the first night’s room and taxes is required at booking. Reservations will be held until 8am the following day of your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

April, May, June, September, and October – you must cancel 7 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.

July and August – you must cancel 14 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.

Smoking Policy:

We are committed to providing our guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings. Guests who smoke are allowed to do so outside in designated areas only.

Q: Is this hotel pet-friendly?
A: Yes, dogs are welcome and the beach flats are perfect for them.

A: All rooms have private or semi-private outdoor seating.

Q: Is it quiet?
A: Yes, it’s a peaceful location just outside downtown.

Q: Are grills available?
A: Yes, outdoor gas grills are available for guest use. 

Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes, There is free parking for one car per reservation.

Pet Policy:

Breakwater Hotel welcomes you and your dog for an additional $40 per dog per night (plus applicable taxes). Please call the hotel directly to register your dog in advance. Service Animals must register with the hotel; however, there is no additional fee.
