Standard King Room
Our Standard King rooms feature partial water views, a king bed, and an outdoor deck with dedicated seating. The Lookout is one of our second-floor suites offering guests breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown Harbor, Long Point Lighthouse, and a dedicated seating area located on the deck of the ground level. Captain’s Quarters
Captain’s Quarters is one of our second-floor suites offering guests an incredible view of Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown Harbor, Long Point Lighthouse, and a dedicated seating area located on the deck of the ground level. This spacious suite is perfect for extended stays or groups. The main room features a living area with a pull-out couch and a dining table. The bedroom offers two queen beds. Hotel Policies
April, May, June, September & October – You must cancel 7 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.
July & August – You must cancel 14 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.

Breakwater Hotel welcomes you and your dog for an additional $40 per dog per night (plus applicable taxes). Please call the hotel directly to register your dog in advance. Service Animals must register with the hotel; however, there is no additional fee.
